Nick Davison has been in Real Estate for over 15 years and has flipped over 700 houses and apartment buildings in San Diego grossing hundreds of millions of dollars. He’s syndicated multi-family properties out of state and currently sits as CEO of Sterling Investment Group, which is arguably the most successful residential and commercial investment group in San Diego.
Calum Colbert
Calum Colbert, Director of Acquisitions and Investments. Calum is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing real estate investments and developments for one of the biggest firms in San Diego. With only 3 years experience, he has cultivated and maintained successful relationships with owners and top commercial brokers throughout the United States. This in turn has led Calum to have over $40 million worth of transactions under his belt at the age of only 24.
Erick Estrada
Erick grew up around real estate, his family has been in the industry for 4 decades. Coming from a buy and hold background, he acquired his first investment property at the young age of 21 and grew his portfolio from there. His vast experience in business led him to work side by side with Nick as the Director of Coaching for Nick Davison Flips.
Brandon Bangert
Brandon has been in the construction industry for over a decade. He's handled multi-million dollar commercial renovations as well as countless single family flips. He brings his expertise in construction to our team to make a structured system for teaching the rehab process.
